Experiment 1: Measurement of Initial Coulombic Efficiency and Initial Discharge Specific Capacity

Procedure : Accurately measure active materials, NMP (N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone), binder, etc. → Mix into a homogeneous slurry → Apply onto current collector foil (copper for anode, aluminum for cathode) → Dry in a vacuum oven → Assemble battery cells in a glove box.
Safety Risks:
NMP: Respiratory irritant, long-term exposure may affect fertility, fetal development, and increase cancer risk.
Binders and Conductive Agents: Irritants, pose inhalation risks.
Inhalation of Particulates: Airborne fine particulates during mixing and coating.

Experiment 2: Particle Size Inspection of Cathode and Anode Materials (ISO 13320; GB/T 19077-2016)

Procedure: Sample preparation → Disperse in liquid medium (e.g., water, alcohol) → Stir into a paste → Test.
Safety Risks:
Powder Inhalation: Airborne fine particles during sample preparation and dispersion.
Alcohol Exposure: Hazardous if inhaled or in contact with skin/eyes.

 

Experiment 3: Testing Other Indicators (e.g., Slurry Solid Content, Viscosity, Fineness, Material Moisture, Solvent Purity)

Procedure:
Direct measurement or pre-treatment (transfer, dilution) before testing.
Safety Risks:
