The Captair 391 Smart secure weighing station from Erlab is a unique solution on the market, specially designed for safe micro-weighing. It ensures extreme weighing stability, protects the operator against hazardous substances and requires no heavy infrastructure thanks to its standalone operation. Compliant with NF X15-211 Class 1, as well as EN 1822-1, EN 14175, BS 7989, ASHRAE 110, it is the only device in its category to provide such complete and certified protection.
The Captair 391 Smart can also be connected to an extraction system to adapt to the specific needs of each laboratory.

ACCURACY

The Captair 391 Smart delivers exceptional accuracy, even for the most demanding micro-weighing operations. Thanks to its decoupled solid marble support, mounted on Silent Blocks, it effectively absorbs vibrations. The balance rests on an independent structure to avoid any interference caused by the user’s movements. Adjustable anti-vibration pads ensure perfect stability, regardless of the floor. Validated in the laboratory with microbalances up to 10⁻⁶ g, this station guarantees repeatability, linearity, and uncompromising accuracy.
PROTECTION
Filtration technology compliant with the strictest standards
The Captair 391 Smart system ensures total containment of pollutants through controlled airflow, combined with high-performance modular filtration (HEPA, activated carbon, BIBO). Contaminated air is drawn in and purified before being released. Sensors continuously monitor all critical parameters and trigger visual and audible alarms in case of anomaly. As an option, Molécode sensors detect failures specific to certain compounds. Finally, the BIBO technology allows filter replacement without exposure to contamination.
ERGONOMICS

The Captair 391 Smart is designed to provide optimal daily comfort. It features an ergonomic armrest and a clear space under the worktop, ideal for seated work. Its adjustable, uniform LED lighting enhances visibility in the handling area, defined by a luminous strip. The unit is easy to move thanks to its integrated handles and casters. It is also equipped with IP44 waterproof internal power outlets and a Trespa® TopLab Plus work surface, resistant to chemicals and scratches.
STANDARDS
A design beyond the strictest standards
The Captair 391 Smart meets the requirements of international standards for containment and filtration. It is the only weighing station on the market compliant with NF X15-211 Class 1, ensuring a maximum level of protection for the user. It is also certified according to: EN 1822-1, which validates the efficiency of particulate filters (HEPA) used to capture fine dust.

Its intuitive control interface, directly accessible from a smartphone, tablet, or computer, provides a real-time view of critical parameters: airflow speed, filter status, alarms, humidity, temperature.
This solution ensures optimal traceability and perfect control of safety conditions. You can therefore anticipate every intervention, validate the proper functioning of the enclosure, and guarantee continuous weighing safety, without interruption.
AIRFLOW

The Captair 391 Smart adopts a unique approach to airflow management by integrating a uniform extraction across the entire rear wall, effectively capturing contaminated air at the source, without disturbing the weighing area. This perfectly uniform horizontal flow preserves the stability of the environment while ensuring user protection.
FILTRATION
Advanced filtration for a safe working environment
The Captair 391 Smart integrates a high-level filtration technology, designed to ensure optimal protection for the user and the environment. The strength of the Erlab weighing station: its filtration column placed under the workbench, which effectively combines particulate and molecular filters (activated carbon), depending on the substances handled. This configuration makes it possible to adapt to evolving applications (liquids, powders, cleanroom environment) while ensuring simple and safe filter replacement, particularly thanks to the Bag-in / Bag-out system available on configurations with particulate filters.
