PERFORMANCE
Exceptional technical performance for optimal working comfort.
The workspace is swept by laminar airflow, guaranteeing clean air free of any particles likely to contaminate the products handled. A high-efficiency HEPA H14 filter removes particles before the air is extracted into the laboratory.
The safety cabinet is equipped with a double ventilation system – supply and exhaust – which guarantees a stable and constant air barrier, regardless of any filter clogging.
The air flow enters through the opening in the safety cabinet front window. All external particles are drawn through the air barrier to avoid contaminating the handling. This air flow passes under the work surface and up to the HEPA H14 filters.
The laminar airflow velocity is 0.40 m/s.
Part of the flow is redirected to the extraction filter (around 35%) for release into the laboratory. The other part of the flow (around 70%) passes through the air flow filter and is then released into the handling chamber, creating a laminar flow.
This class 100 – ISO5 air flow ensures protection of the handling against contaminants in ambient air, in compliance with European standard EN 12469-2000.

The safety cabinets are equipped with LED light strips, enabling uniform lighting on the work surface. Its intensity is adjustable via the touch screen.

Equipped with HEPA H14 filters on the supply and extract sides, dual ventilation with EC motors and a powerful air barrier, the safety cabinets guarantee a protected workspace for safe handling.
The performance of Erlab HEPA H14 filters meets current efficiency standards (99.995% MPPS in accordance with EN 1822-1) and creates an ISO class 3 work environment.
Air is blown into the workspace through an HEPA H14 absolute filter at 0.40 m/s throughout the handling area, in accordance with the standard ISO 14644.
A simple and intuitive interface
The touch screen interface enables operators to monitor the correct operation of their device in real time and to use a variety of applications.
Enhanced filtration performance
The air flow filter removes particles from the ambient air before blowing into the workspace, protecting the samples handled against the risk of cross contamination. The extraction filter removes particles before extraction into the laboratory.

Its patented front window tilting device guarantees perfect cleaning for greater safety and improved ergonomics.
Stainless steel work surface
Segmented (autoclavable) or monobloc, the work surface can be completely disassembled for access to the holding tank, and is corrosion-resistant.
